Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and large events, reach out three to six months ahead. Showers and birthdays usually need two to six weeks. Last-minute requests are welcome; we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Which areas do you serve?
We're based in Ottawa and Montréal and regularly work across both regions. We also travel to events further away; travel is priced based on the booking and shown clearly on your quote. Include your venue location in the quote form and we'll confirm.
How is pricing worked out?
Every quote is custom and depends on the size of the installation, the materials, the venue and setup time. Share your budget range in the quote form and we'll design to it.
Do you need a deposit to book my date?
Yes. A deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due before the event. The amounts are listed on your quote.
Do you handle setup and teardown?
Yes. We deliver, install and remove everything. Tell us your venue's access times and we'll plan around them.
Can I send you inspiration photos?
Please do. Upload them with your quote request or send them on Instagram. We use them as a starting point and adapt the design to your space and budget.
